Description

Three patterns included in a simple to work, yet intriguing stitch pattern is used in this unisex pullover, cardigan, or vest in six sizes(XS-S/M-L/1X/2X/3-4X/5X), creating a herringbone twill that rivals woven fabric in appearance. Accented at the side seams by wide, opposing cable panels, this sweater can be knit with a loose, slouchy fit or a tighter sexy fit – either way, it projects a strong menswear look in all the right ways. Knit flat in pieces and seamed together later, this very portable project is a quick knit that offers a polished result.

Buttons: cardigan/vest: 6(6, 6, 6, 6, 7) buttons that are .75 inch / 2 cm in diameter

Gauge:
21 sts and 30 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm in Herringbone Twill on larger needle (blocked)19 sts and 31 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm in stockinette on larger needle (unblocked)

Needles:
size 7US (4.5 mm) needle (or size to obtain correct gauge) size 5US (3.75 mm) needle for ribbed hems and trims (or .75 mm smaller than gauge needle)
