Graph Paper blanket knitting pattern is easy to knit with super bulky yarn. The repeating square pattern mimics the grid of graph paper & gives a timeless, classic design.
FIVE BLANKET SIZES:
Baby: 30” wide x 35.25” long
Small Blanket: 37.5” wide x 39.5” long
Medium: 41.5” wide by 43.75” long
Large: 45” wide x 48” long
XL: 48.75” wide x 56.5” long
Any blanket size may be made longer by adding pattern repeats. Each pattern repeat adds 4.25” to length of the blanket.
SUPER BULKY #6 WEIGHT YARN:
Baby: 440 – 460 yards
Small: 615 – 640 yards
Medium: 745 – 775 yards
Large: 880 – 920 yards
XL: 1150 – 1200 yards
This pattern will work well with many super bulky weight yarns.
GAUGE: US size 15 needles: approximately 8.5 stitches & 11 rows = 4”
Exact gauge is not essential.
Knit flat, in one piece, back and forth on US size 15 circular knitting needles.
