A few stiches in Garter stitch along both edges give them a subtle and neat finish.
Knit this highly-giftable scarf in any of the many kid mohair/silk blends of lace-weight yarns (see materials section for yarn options). An amazing stash-buster!

These yarns are good subs too, but have slightly less yardage per ball, so you might need 2 balls or can shorted the scarf a little: Madil Yarns Kid Seta (230 yds/210 m per ball), Garnstudio DROPS Kid-silk (218 yds/199 m per ball), Debbie Bliss Angel (219 yds/200 m per ball).
