Description
Yarn kit for the Balloon jacket designed by PetiteKnit.
The Balloon Jacket is a heavy cardigan or jacket, oversize with large balloon shaped sleeves. Use it for cold winter days or as a light jacket in spring and fall.
The Balloon Jacket is knit from the bottom up in knit stitches with rib stitch edges. The body and sleeves are knit separately and sewn together afterwards.
We knit it here with 2 strands in our soft and sustainable yarn Önling No 1, made of merino wool and angora.

Measurements:

Gauge:13.5 sts x 23 rows in garter st = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4 inches.
Suggested needles:7 mm and 6 mm (US size 10.5-11 and 10) / 100 and 60 cm (40 and 24 inches) circular needles.

This kit does not contain the original yarn used by PetiteKnit, but carefully selected yarn that matches the gauge:
600 (700) 800 (800) 900 g Önling No 1, knit with 2 threads throughout the work.
