Description
The Arches Cowl by Mary Beth Temple is a true moebius, started by putting a 180 degree twist in the first round of single crochet. It’s the perfect size to wear long and loose, or to twist a second time to wear it close about your neck. The stitch pattern shows off yarns with a long color repeat nicely but any soft, comfortable sport weight yarn will do. Stitch pattern is both charted and written out.

500 yds sport weight yarn, such as Malabrigo Arroyo (100% Superash Merino Wool; 100g/335yds)
Hook: G/6 (4.00mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
Gauge:
10 rows (5 arches) = 5”
24 sts (2 arches + 2 sc) = 4” after blocking
