Materials: bulky weight yarn, 125 yd for scarf, 100 yd for ruffle (optional)
(Note: You may use 2 strands of worsted weight yarn, 125 yd each, held together.)
Needles: Us 13
Gauges: 12 sts = 4″ in st st
