Henry, the elephant pillow, is Prudence’s friend, and has a blankey of his own. The blankey is perfect for napping in the car or at home on a Saturday afternoon. Each is personalized in colorful, cozy flannel and can be made for a girl or boy.

Based on 42” wide fabric from selvage to selvage.
Prudence the Owl:
2/3 yard fabric for body, wings, and beak
5/8 yard fabric for face, inner eyes, and feathers
1/3 yard fabric for outer eyes and lining of wings
2 large snaps
Henry the Elephant:
1 1/8 yard fabric for elephant body and inner eyes
1/2 yard fabric for ears, outer eyes, and strap
3 yards yarn for the tail, if twisting (6 yards if braiding)
1 large snap for strap
Kids’ Nap Blankey:
1 2/3 yard of two different fabrics for the blankey
2/3 yard fabric for the decorative circle
Thread to match circle fabric
43″ x 60″ thin quilt batting
