Rowan Bessie from Felted Tweed is a striking women’s Fair Isle pullover designed by Lisa Richardson. The sweater features dropped shoulder long sleeves with color tipping at the cuffs and hem. Bessie is knit flat in pieces from the bottom up and then seamed. Rowan Felted Tweed is a luxurious blend available in a delightful array of heathered shades.
