This shawl is worked from the bottom up, starting with the Border Section which is worked in a lace pattern. It is shaped using short rows that are very similar to turning a sock heel.
The lace border is chart only. The body of the shawl is text only.

Needle Size: US 8 (or size to obtain gauge)
Gauge: 26 sts and 26 rows = 4″ in st st, blocked
