Description
I designed this jumper for my grandson who was starting school. It’s knitted in pure wool to keep him warm, is easy to pull on and off, and has a cable braid at the front to help him know the front from the back. The jumper is knitted in parts and joined with seams. The braid pattern consists of a repeat of six rows, three of which are purl, on a reversed stocking stitch panel so it’s very quick to memorise making this an excellent project for someone new to cables. I chose Debbie Bliss Rialto DK but any good quality yarn with the same gauge would work well.
