Description
This super easy DK blanket knitting pattern is perfect for new knitters. Simple knit and purl patterns are placed in block stripes across the blanket and surrounded by a simple garter stitch border. Knitted in one piece. You will just need to know how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off.
Choose any other DK (US Light Worsted) yarn that knits to the same tension listed below.
Tension Stocking Stitch tension 10cms = 22sts / 30 rows

Baby Blanket -Square 75cm x 75cm
Baby Blanket – Rectangular 75cm x 90cm
Medium Blanket 100cm x 100cm
Large Sofa Blanket/Throw 135cm x 135cm
You will need: 4.00mm (US6) fixed circular needle (The baby blankets can be worked on a pair of 40cm long single pointed needles if preferred)
