Description
This colourful pair of ladybirds are easy to knit little toys, and would also make handy cute pincushions. No need to master any tricky colour-work here, as the spots are knitted separately and sewn on to the finished bugs. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the ladybirds are knitted on single pointed needles (not in the round). The ladybirds are worked in acrylic DK yarns (double knitting/light worsted). For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
