The Sheepy Shire, Meadow Sport: Hex
The Sheepy Shire is a small wife and husband dyeing duo in Pennsylvania that started in 2012 in Tara and Mike’s kitchen and has grown into a proper studio over the past decade. They specialize in playful, show stopping colors that not only work well as accents, but also as stars.
Meadow Sport is a 3 ply yarn with all the bounce and softness of Merino plus the added strength of nylon. Sport weight is very all purpose and can be used on anything from cushy socks to cozy sweaters. It knits up a smidge faster than a fingering weight, and is just a bit heavier.

Gauge: 6-7 sts = 1″ on US 2-4
