WaveBag is a pretty net / tote with a delicate wavy lace pattern. The net is knitted from the bottom up and the result is a pretty net you can use for shopping, as a beach bag – or perhaps as a project bag?

Materials:
200 g Önling No 21, 60% cotton and 40% linen, ca 195m/50g
– Work with two strands of Önling No 21 throughout

Recommended needles:
Circular needles 4mm (US 6) / double-pointed needles 4 mm (US 6)

Gauge:
Stockinette sts on needle 4 mm (US 6) 26 m / 32 rows pr. 10 x 10 cm / 4×4 inches.

Procedure:
The net is worked from the bottom up. It is knitted with increases at the bottom and then in the round in lace pattern until you have the desired height of the net. Stitches are binded off and stitches are put to rest to knit the handles in stockinette stitch, which are joined with kitchener stitches.
