Cherry Pie Sock knitting pattern

Description

A top-down sock in four sizes (S/M/L/XL) with a pretty piecrust edge around the top and a pattern of cherries strung down the leg and over the foot to celebrate a most American summer dessert favorite.

Suggested Yarns: 
Better Breakfast Fingering, Stone Soup Fingering, Modern Deco Sport, or any springy, high-twist sock yarn with approximately 400 yards/100 grams.

Substituting needles and/or yarn may result in an overall variation in size. 

Finished Size:
6.5(7.5, 8.5, 9.5) inches in circumference, to fit feet up to 7.5(8.5, 9.5, 10.5) inches around

Yarn requirements:
350(400, 450, 500) yards

Gauge:
32 sts and 48 rows = 4 inches in stockinette

Needles:
DPNs size US1 (2.25 mm), or size to obtain correct gauge
