 17(23, 29) inches long at center back and 40(60, 80) inches across top edge (blocked)

Gauge: 

24 sts and 32 rows = 4 inches in stockinette (unblocked; fabric will be relaxed)

size 4US (3.5 mm) circular needle (or size to obtain correct gauge)
